Christophe Savard

Founder & CEO

Over 15 years of global work experience in higher education in public and private sectors. Ability to manage between business, education and technology units and deliver on KPI’s, projects, innovation and leadership. Proven skills in;

Leadership: Ability to manage large teams, develop and implement large scale initiatives across institutions successfully. Team building, stakeholder buy-in, user adoption and acceptance through change management
Business Information & Analytics: specific to higher education institutional data for internal strategic planning, recruitment & performance marketing, student risk and progression, external reporting for international rankings (QS), and compliance reporting to federal accreditation bodies
Business Process Management & Institutional Effectiveness: proven ability to provide governance between Academia & Administration to drive automated, consistent, and efficient processes with measurable outcomes via automated workflows and processes.
Project Management: PMP trained, information system implementation, enhancement and integration for Student Information (SIS), Leaning Management (LMS), Customer Relationship (CRM), and Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Full implementation and integration.
